Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has held the Meeting on Wednesday with the Delegation of the National Assembly of Byelorussia Republic that took Part in the Bilateral Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stressed that "the availability of the Interparliamentary Commission let the determining of the issues in the working order that are sensitive and fail to find the in-time understanding on the part of other high-ranking officials".
Informing on the present work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, V. Lytvyn informed that in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine there are " a great number of the bills that should be scrutinized and adopted, approximately 1000". The majority of them are governmental. During the next week, the Verkhovna Rada would first of all scrutinize the package of economic laws "as it is essential to renovate the dialogue between IMF".
Vice-Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Byelorussia Republic, Valeriy Ivanov pointed out the attention on the fact that "interparliamentary cooperation is one of the most important objectives in the cooperation between two countries". "We should help one another", - he stressed.
